Here in this part I will introduce what I did before and during my time of being a PADI instructor, and illustrate other skills and certifications that might be usefull for further employment as extra value apart from Dive instructor or Operations Manager for Divecenter

Hired as a Regional Manager for Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland by RLCanning within Honeywell to manage the team to the day to day activities for Desktop Support and Site support at the different sites through Italy, Spain, Portugal and Switzerland sites. Managing the KPI’s and SLA and CSAT levels set by Honeywell. I managed the team that supports office environment’s and production sites Responsible for 46 sites throughout these countries and over 2500 users. My team consist for our day to day work of 14 persons, but with the projects related my team consists of 28 techs. I also was responsible for larger projects like: Road to Recovery project still ongoing (update and replacement of 10000 pc globally, updating ServiceNow CMDB database, and server clean up.) here I was responsible for SWE, I was also working on local projects and other global projects MI issue (server remediation), SDWAM implementation. We work with hardware from DELL, HP, Cisco, Apple and software Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Apple, Salesforce, VMWare. During my regional manager position, I held daily meeting with the team, as well as 1 to 1 catch-up calls, and quarterly performance discussions to finish with year-end review and establishing individual goals for the team and the technicians. I performed frequent site visit to the technicians and site managers for the site we were responsible of and our also with our direct peer in Honeywell on performance and I also was actively participating Quarterly Business Reviews and Monthly Operational Reviews, between RLCanning and Honeywell

from november 2000 till July 2018                 BLOOMBERG LP

Hired as Field Service Engineer for the Milan office, solving highly demanding client issues with the Bloomberg terminal software and hardware as well as networking\connection issues, including mobile devices. 
Installing new client routers, and terminals and configure them on the client network, book out circuit problems and check network issues with networks group for all sorts of issues from line issues from internet to dedicated circuit issues and connections via fiber, or coax or cat5, Wi-Fi.
Setup and relocation and installing Bloomberg node sites and Bloomberg newsroom/offices, also liaising with Colt for security and fire and safety. Very large experience in telecommunications and LAN/WAN switching and setup and fault findings due long experience in the field and company educations apart from self-study and certification like CCNA and company education Junos OS for Juniper routers/switches.
Working with Cisco, Juniper, HP, Dell, Compaq devices
After 2 years, I became the first contact for the Bloomberg node sites and Bloomberg newsrooms, and fault findings with the local administration of layout and setup
Since January 2003 I'm also the backup manager for the Italian team, for service, install, newsrooms and node site work, and handle the day to day business for our highly demanding customers.
Also, I need to look out for the individual progress and coaching of the individual.
We are also responsible for the complete inventory of material we provide and make sure we have enough to provide the service for Italy

After that was promoted to Product Champion of different printer models.

After that the training department was set-up, and I joined the training department.

Responsible for the safety of about 150 persons during the safety drills, and the real evacuation
